Sleep is one of the pillars of health. When you are not getting high quality sleep or the correct amount, life can start to unravel. Dealing with stress becomes harder. Negative thoughts outweigh the positive thoughts. The whole world can feel against you.
Sleep can be complicated. Something so easy as closing our eyes can be elusive for many people. Everything you do from the minute you wake up has an effect on how well you might sleep that night.

What is sleep coaching?
Good day to you, my name is Jason Piper. I am the founder of Build Better Sleep and have teamed up with H3 Wellness to help educate, guide, and provide tools to their patients to improve their sleep.
What does a sleep coach do? I have never heard of that before. You can think of a sleep coach like a personal trainer for your sleep. My job is to educate you on sleep, help you reframe thought patterns that are sabotaging your sleep, and to provide you with tools to rebuild your sleep.

How would it feel to not have anxiety around going to bed?
Are you waking up at 3am and unable to go back to sleep? I can help with that.

Sleep Program
This is what the program consists of.
- You will first start off completing a sleep intake form. The purpose of this form is to gather as much information about your current and past sleep patterns, daily habits, sleep environment, and thought patterns around sleep.
- After you submit it, I will review it and setup your discovery call to go over your answers with you.
- During the discovery call, you will be given space to talk more about your sleep and it will give me an opportunity to ask more questions.
- After the discovery call, I will put together a custom sleep plan for you to start executing.
- As you start to implement the plan, you will be able to reach me for questions or support and we will have one more follow up call to review how things are going and if any changes need to be made.
- If additional sessions are needed, they will be billed at $60 a session.
The sleep program costs $299. Payment plans are available. We also are able to bill your insurance through H3.
