I first started working with Jason in preparation for my upcoming Strongfirst Level 1 kettlebell certification. I was looking to improve my overall energy and allow my body to recover faster through his sleep coaching.
Jason helped me set small, realistic goals for my lifestyle that didn’t interfere with my daily routine, or ask me to change my entire life around. He looked where I was currently at and prioritized the things he felt would be most beneficial. I was able to make small adjustments around where I was at. I used to nap almost everyday and I some weeks I would struggle to get even 3 quality training sessions.
Since Jason from Build Better Sleep has started coaching me on my sleep habits, I have been able to go full weeks without napping and am able to average 4-6 QUALITY sessions a week. Since I have been able to ramp up the intensity in my workouts I am currently 6 weeks out from my certification and have exceeded the testing standards I need to pass my exam.
