What to Expect:
In your discovery session I will ask you some basic questions about your sleep, home environment, work environment, and problems you are facing.This will allow me to get the best picture possible of what your days and nights look like. Lifestyle factors are very connected with your quality of sleep. From this, I can start to see if we can make any connections to what could be impacting your sleep.
We will go over it together and agree on which points to work on first. You and I are a sleep team working together. You know your life best and what works and doesn’t work for you. I am a guide to walk along side of you. I don’t want you doing anything you aren’t comfortable with, but you do need to be open to trying new things. If you want different results than what you have been getting, then you may have to change certain things that you have been doing.
I also offer a one time sleep consultation. Having someone review your habits and patterns can identify blind spots that you may be missing that is causing you sleep issues. A sleep questionnaire will be completed which I will look over and then provide some suggestions based on your answers to improve your sleep.
Sessions can be conducted over email, Facebook messenger, or phone.
